The 2023 edition of the Roasters Championship will be assessed at Criteria Coffee, Melbourne in July.

Roasted coffee to be received in Melbourne by 7th July

Requirements
You will be required to submit roasted coffee (500 grams) and a roasting plan. There will be no green evaluation for the preliminary round.
Finals
Top 10 to move through to finals - Criteria Coffee, Melbourne on 2-3 September 2023.
Competitors will be challenged to test their skills over several rounds of coffee grading, profile development and ultimate cup quality, with the Australian champion taking on the globe in the prestigious annual World Roasting Championships.
