The 2024 edition of the Roasters Championship finals will be held in Melbourne at Critiera Coffee.
The roasted evaluation will be assessed in Brisbane.

Requirements
You will only be required to submit roasted coffee (500 grams) and a roasting production cupping scoresheet. There will be no green evaluation for the preliminary round.
Finals
Top 10 to move through to finals - Criteria Coffee, Melbourne on 17-18 February 2024.
Competitors will be challenged to test their skills over several rounds of coffee grading, profile development and ultimate cup quality, with the Australian champion taking on the globe in the prestigious annual World Roasting Championships.
